Hey congratulations!!

If you’re here, it’s probably because you’re celebrating your recent engagement and you’re now entering the researching and planning phase portion of it all. And you stumbled across my page (and likely hundreds of others!).

I’m inspired by that true, true love. That look in each others eyes and get teary love. That tight-hug-just-because love. That marrying-my-best-friend love. I think marriage is sacred and special. I’ll likely be getting a little teary-eyed myself during the vows. Florals, gown, decor, that stuff is all beautiful but the magic is with that connection.

I’d loove to get you on the phone before you book. I want to make sure we click, because I’ll be by your side all day. I’ll be the one looking out for you, making sure your day is going as planned. I’ll bring coffee to you when you’re getting ready, making sure the day moves along (alongside the coordinating crew if you hire that as well). I’ll be reminding you to relax, take a deep breath, take it all in. It’ll be like you hired a friend to photograph your wedding - although a friend with extensive gear and experience.

And finally, I am a low-key photographer. My style is laid back. Dragging in boxes and boxes of flashes and gear is not my thing. Instead, I dress like a guest might, I show up for whatever time you hire me for, and I’m by your side for the day. I float around the wedding day, making sure we capture candid and un-posed moments without commanding attention but then popping in every so often to create that perfect photo. During bridal and family portraits, I’m directing family and you and your groom. I'll be making you giggle, forgetting how awkward you may feel. I move quickly through family portraits and slowly through bridals - making sure to capture that special connection between you two.
